What the site is

Just Piste is an informational reference for planning a ski trip. It is not a booking service, and we do not sell lift passes, accommodation or transfers — where a page links to an operator's own site, that is their offer, not ours.

Data accuracy

Every figure on the site is drawn from a named source, shown on the data sources page, and dated where the source gives us a date. We make every reasonable effort to keep the data current, but we give no warranty that any figure — piste kilometres, prices, opening dates, transfer times — is complete, current or error-free at the moment you read it. Always confirm a booking-critical detail (prices, dates, passport and visa requirements) with the resort or operator directly before you travel.

Acceptable use

You may read, link to and share pages on the site freely. Automated access beyond what the public API terms allow — scraping the rendered pages instead of using the API, or exceeding the API's own rate limits — is not permitted. The rules a crawler or an AI agent should follow are set out in full on the crawler and AI-agent page.

Reviews

Submitting a review grants Just Piste a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to publish, display and quote it, subject to our review guidelines. You keep ownership of what you wrote and can ask for a specific review to be removed at any time.

No warranty, and our liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or a decision you made based on it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
